1- Click on the link : https://netbeans.apache.org/

2- Click on Download Button from the Navigation bar

3- Choose the Apache Netbeans version you want and click on the green Download button

5- Click on the following link to start downloading the Apache Netbeans installer

6- Go to your Downloads folder and run the NetBeans installer

7- Click on Continue

8- Click on Continue

9- Scroll to the end then Click continue then Agree

10- Click on Install , enter the password then Click on install software

10- Installation may take a while. After its done click Close, and run and test NetBeans to see if it works.
